Where do you ship from?
All our sherwanis are shipped from our warehouse in the USA to ensure quick delivery to your doorstep. The fabric is sourced from India, and each sherwani is carefully crafted by our skilled sewing team in India, combining authentic materials with expert craftsmanship.
How should I care for my dog’s new outfit?
Most of our items are hand wash only but we recommend checking the specific care instructions on each item’s label. To keep your dog’s outfit looking its best, air drying is preferred
Can I make returns if the item doesn’t fit?
Yes, we accept returns for items in original condition. Please review our Return Policy for more details, including time limits and steps for returning your item.
What if the product I received doesn’t match the description?
If there's an issue with the product, like a mismatch in description or size, please reach out to us with a photo, and we’ll work to make it right.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders typically ship within 1 business day (Monday-Friday). Delivery times vary depending on location, but you can expect to receive your order within 2/5 days if you are located in the USA

How do I choose the right size for my dog?
We recommend measuring your dog’s chest, neck, and length from neck to tail, then referring to our size chart to find the best fit. If your pup is between sizes, sizing up is generally a safe option.
Can I cancel an order that I already placed?
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We’ll do our best to accommodate cancellations if the order hasn’t already been shipped. Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible, but you can still follow our return process once it arrives.
Do you offer exchanges if the size doesn’t fit?
Yes, we’re happy to offer exchanges if the size isn’t quite right. Just reach out to our customer service team to initiate the exchange process. Please note that items should be in their original condition for an exchange to be processed.
