Waggy Fits Return Policy
We want you and your furry friend to be happy with your purchase! If you're not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns
Eligibility: You may return items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.
Exceptions: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been worn.

How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email us at Waggyfits@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Shipping: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label. Please pack the item securely to avoid damage during shipping.
Send It Back: Drop off the package at the specified carrier location. Please keep the tracking number for your records.

Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your returned item. You will be notified via email once your return is processed.

Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please email us at WaggyFits@gmail.com with the subject line "EXCHANGE - [Your Order Number]". In your email, let us know which size or color you would like to exchange for.
Please place a new order for the size or color you want to ensure it’s reserved for you.
Once we receive the returned sherwani you no longer want, we will process your refund for that item.
